Procedural Crystal Landscapes
Procedural landscape geometry inspired by some macro photography of crystallized soda I did a while back. Personal project to learn the basics of a USD / Solaris / Karma workflow in SideFX Houdini. Created with SideFX Houdini. Rendered in Solaris with Karma CPU. Color correction with Davinci Resolve. This was my first time using an USD workflow in Solaris and rendering with Karma CPU.
